1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website meoora.in and purchasing products from Meoora, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access the platform or place an order.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

To create an account and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Access is authenticated via mobile/email One-Time Passwords (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session token and device access.

3. Product Formulations & Usage Disclaimer

All Meoora skincare, haircare, and cosmetic preparations are formulated with botanical, plant-derived, and mineral ingredients. While our formulations undergo extensive dermatological testing:

• We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on the inner forearm prior to full application.
• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical skin disease.
• Individual botanical responses may vary based on personal skin barrier conditions and climate.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices displayed on meoora.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

• Prepaid Orders: Customers choosing full upfront payment via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, RuPay) receive an instant promotional 5% discount on the order subtotal.
• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): To mitigate fraudulent or unaccepted shipments, Meoora operates a Partial COD mechanism. A non-refundable advance of 5% is paid online via Razorpay upon checkout confirmation; the remaining 95% balance is strictly collected at doorstep delivery by our courier partner.

5. Promotional Coupons & Offers

Promo codes (e.g. MEOORA10, WELCOME15, FREESHIP) are subject to specific minimum order values, expiration dates, and maximum discount caps as evaluated dynamically by our coupon engine. Coupons cannot be stacked unless explicitly authorized.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, logos, formulas, photography, editorial journal text, and user interface designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Meoora. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or purchases made through meoora.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
